A very quick newsletter this month. Firstly, the Assisted Living Ordinance has been postponed until December 1st for the Planning & Zoning Commission.
The Senior Housing Ordinance will be on October 13th.
Our next meeting on October 16th will feature the Huffman Road upgrade. We are hosting a joint council meeting with the surrounding community councils affected by this road upgrade. Guests will be Craig Lyons and Lance Wilbur (AMATS), Mike Scott (DOT), and Stewart Osgood (DOWL Engineer responsible for the design).
There is a meeting from 5-8 pm on October 9th at Rabbit Creek Elementary with all the folks for the DeArmoun Phase 2 (140th to Hillside Dr.) upgrade.
The public hearing regarding a time extension for the Tanglewood Golf Dome has been postponed. Now scheduled for November 1st, and the word is they'll be done before that date.
